Siebe Vanderzee is an international management consultant with extensive experience in retained executive search, executive performance coaching and cross-cultural consulting. His clientele includes large multinationals corporations as well as medium-sized companies, covering multiple industries. For more than 25 years, Siebe has completed senior level executive search and consulting assignments for corporate clients in the United States, Europe, Asia and in Latin America.

Based on guiding principles of integrity and confidentiality, Siebe has developed a wide network of contacts and connections in a variety of industries, throughout the United States and abroad. His expertise is in senior level search assignments in Technology/Semiconductor; Sustainable Energy/Solar; Cybersecurity/AI/Software; Healthcare/Life Sciences and Consumer Products.

Siebe also has a well-established record in coaching executives to help them elevate their business performance. From fine-tuning existing skills such as teambuilding and problem solving to dealing with advanced cross-cultural challenges and executive career transition.

Siebe served as Honorary Consul of the Netherlands in Arizona for 28 years. As a foreign diplomat, he was directly involved in organizing and hosting bi-lateral trade delegations, business transactions (cross-border investments), educational programs and more. In 2022, Siebe was awarded the Royal distinction of “Knight in the Order of Orange-Nassau” by HRH King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands.

Born and raised in the Netherlands, Siebe began his career with Citibank in Amsterdam and subsequently with ING Bank in London, in Montevideo and in New York. From there, he started his global consulting practice in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Siebe holds a master’s degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. He is fluent in multiple languages, and he has lived and worked in four countries on three continents.
